John Buchanan is on the prowl again. He was back in Kolkata on a talent hunt. He witnessed a match between Mohun Bagan and East Bengal.
Buchanan is on a six-day visit to the city for the IPL team’s talent search programme that starts on Monday.

Today, Saurav will be playing his last test match. He has announced his retirement after this series. With the end of the Australia series we will see the end of careers of two of India’s finest cricketers - Anil Kumble and Saurav Ganguly.

The guy who first got noticed during the IPL matches made his Test debut at Mohali and rattled the Aussies. His 5 wicket haul in the first innings sealed their fortunes. Amit Mishra, Zaheer Khan, Harbhajan, Dhoni, Sachin, Sehwag, Gambhir and our own Saurav all contributed to India’s massive victory. Congratulate the team.
